IT Network Sales Executive

Full time

Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT solutions and network infrastructure projects for corporate, government, and enterprise clients.

– Conduct site visits, client presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company's IT and networking products and services.

– Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with the technical team.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.

– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.

– Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery after deal closure.

Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

– Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT products, networking, or technology solutions.

– Familiar with networking products and solutions (e.g. Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, CCTV, structured cabling, server, etc.).

– Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

– Have an existing client network or portfolio in the IT / corporate sector is a plus.

– Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Business Development

Full time

Responsibilities:

– Actively seek and generate new project leads in the contractor and interior design sector, including residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects.

– Build and maintain relationships with property developers, architects, real estate agents, and potential clients.

– Present company's contractor and interior design portfolio to prospective clients through meetings, exhibitions, and referrals.

– Prepare and follow up on project proposals, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and budget estimations in coordination with the design and project team.

– Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

– Track and report sales pipeline, project leads, and conversion rates to management regularly.

– Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to align client expectations with project execution.

Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

– Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction, contractor, or interior design industry.

– Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project workflow.

– Strong networking skills with connections to property developers, architects, or corporate clients is a plus.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

– Able to read and understand basic design drawings or project documents is preferred.

– Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
